These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roofmonsters.co and general inquiries to Roof Monsters, a DBA of Terrance McKeever Enterprises, Inc. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Content on this site is for general information about our roofing services in the Tampa Bay area. It is not a binding contract, bid, or warranty unless confirmed in a written estimate or signed agreement for a specific project.
Free inspections and estimates are informational. Final pricing, scope, materials, timelines, and warranties are confirmed in writing for each project. Storm and emergency work is provided as private-pay repair and restoration unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Roof Monsters operates under Florida licenses including Roofing CCC1335398, CCC052490 and Building CBC015719. We are licensed and insured for contractor liability and workers’ compensation as required. That is separate from any homeowner insurance claim process, which we do not manage as a service.
Site text, branding, and images are owned by Terrance McKeever Enterprises, Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or reliance on general site content. Project-specific liability is governed by the written contract for that job.
